Bremner Tower

Upon completion, all three buildings will be interconnected, providing unsurpassed access to adjacent conveniences. Bremner Tower will present tenants with an array of amenities, including a selection of food offerings, as found in similar Class A office towers. Located on the north side of the building, the third floor will offer a tenant only fitness facility which will have access to the third floor terrace and urban forest. The second floor of the building will have a focus on food offerings for the tenants.

PATH, Parking & Transit

Located on 3.25 acres at the centre of Toronto’s expanding financial core and entertainment district, SFC occupies a full block from York to Lower Simcoe Street. This fully integrated complex is also conveniently connected to the Air Canada Centre, Union Station and is steps away from Rogers Centre. It is also connected to the rest of Downtown Toronto and its financial core via the extensive PATH network. With direct access to the GO platforms through the West York Teamway and to Union Station through 25 York Street, the Bremner Tower will appeal greatly to tenants and their employees who utilize TTC and GO Train service.
