Sustainability

With a strong commitment to environmental consciousness, Southcore Financial Centre sets the bar as a sustainability leader in the downtown Toronto core and across Canada. Best practices in construction have been used to maximize occupant comfort and satisfaction, while minimizing operating expenses.  Sustainability-focused operations help toward continuous improvement in energy, water and waste performance, reducing the environmental impact of the complex.

Southcore Financial Centre demonstrates that developing large-scale, sustainable office buildings mutually benefits all stakeholders – owners, tenants, occupants and the environment.
