Fire Warden and Emergency Procedures Training
We are pleased to host the second bi-annual training session for all tenants at /SFC on September 10 at 10:00 a.m. The training session is approximately 2 hours where we showcase our filmed onsite Fire and Life Safety Video, discuss the roles of the Fire Warden Teams and how the Security & Life Safety Team respond to various emergencies that could happen in the complex. International Day of Literacy
In honour of International Day of Literacy, /SFC Property Management invites you to stop by our pop-up library located on the 2nd Floor PATH of 18 York Street from Tuesday, September 3 to Friday, September 13. At the end of the week, any books that remain in the library will be donated to a very worthy cause.
We are pleased to present free tenant wide yoga in the /SFC Fitness Club located on the 3rd floor of 120 Bremner on Wednesday, September 18 from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. Tenants are invited to register for the class by emailing [email protected]
Wellness at /SFC
We are excited to offer some amazing wellness events in September and early October.
Success in the Kitchen: Getting a Food Grip will be held on Thursday, September 26 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. An informative Lunch n’ Learn that will demonstrate easy go-to recipes, provide stress-free cooking tips and inspire you to feel like a rock star in the Kitchen!
Honey Harvest Workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 1 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Attendees will learn about the wellness properties of honey as well participate in the honey harvesting process – from uncapping the honey combs to spinning the centrifuge to produce the liquid gold. Tenants will also receive a personal jar of honey.
